These goals are tricky to concretize. We could use your suggestions. How, practically, do we cultivate a work environment in which the work/life mix is genuinely valued rather than scrutinized?
At one extreme, there’s a lot of talk–rightly or wrongly–about administrative bloat. At the other, it might strike as absurd that gender equity issues would fall to volunteers. Please advise.
